The P-Series Mixer boasts a robust construction, utilizing heavy-duty steel sections and a substantial base frame for improved stability. The motor is installed horizontally, driving the gearbox through a flexible coupling situated conveniently atop the mixer body for ease of maintenance.
The internal mixing unit employs a single set of high-performance rotors. These rotors rotate both independently and in concert around the tank circumference, driven by a planetary gear system for exceptional mixing speeds. Two rotors are equipped with specialized agitator blades for enhanced material processing. All blades are readily replaceable for extended operational life.
The sides of the mixer are cleaned by two tungsten-carbide scrapers, which continually scrape the full-height ceramic lined mixer pan.
Material replenishment is facilitated through an integral charge hopper located in the mixer cover. Discharge of the processed material is achieved via a large, rapidly-opening segmental door.
