Bulk Bag Unloader
Our bulk bag unloader is an easy way for the end user to store and dispense additives in 2-3000 lb. super sacks. Bulk bag unloaders come with a choice of two different feed types. We can either use an auger (2-3" diameter to meter additives directly onto a sand conveyor, or the bulk bag unloader can be fitted with a rotary van feeder to feed a pneumatic transporter. Custom configurations are available upon request.
Conveyors/Elevators
In addition to our other offerings, we can supply the end user with belt conveyors and bucket elevators to transport both prepared and return sand around their facility. These units are custom-designed to fit the customer's needs.
Pneumatic Transporter
The ART5 Pneumatic Transporter accurately weighs and transports up to three additives to the mixer. This unit is capable of sending 50 lbs of additives automatically to the mixer for each batch. The ATR5 can be used as a standalone unit or can be integrated into the ETA 3000 sand control system to work with the Automatic Bentonite Control Suite.
Volumetric Feeder
The Volumetric Feeder System features two dedicated feeders, one for bentonite and another for new sand, allowing for precise control and separate addition of each material. The system includes a 1/2hp DC drive with a maximum speed of 90rpm. This translates to a maximum unloading rate of ~0.3 cubic feet per minute.
