GreenSand Controls Inc. is the leading supplier of process control equipment for controlling the production and quality of green sand used in the metal casting industry. GSC not only sells a complete line of foundry equipment from green sand preparation to molding and metal handling systems, but also refurbishes old Hartley Controls sand testing equipment and has spare parts to boot.
Our President
Nick Thomas
Nick has been an active employee at GreenSand Controls for the past 15 years.
Starting with humble beginnings of part time office and janitorial duties during the summers between high school grades, Nick worked whenever possible while climbing from high school all the way to graduating from UW-Platteville in 2018. He has had a front row seat to learning from his father Perry Thomas and his extensive knowledge of sand process controls. Nick shares Perry's late dream of being keen on delivering consistent, high-quality service and equipment for years to come in the foundry industry and beyond.
