Continuous Pre-Blender

We would like to introduce our newest product, the Continuous Pre-Blender, from GreenSand Controls Inc. 

The pre-blender can be scaled to accommodate between 5 TPH and 50 TPH of sand for use in your own facility. The adjacent photo shows a temporary setup of a 5TPH pre-blender we have made and used to mix 3000lb stacks of raw virgin sand with additives to create a suitable homogenous mix capable of being added directly into a user’s sand system without worrying about slugging the users system with raw virgin sand. Additionally, displayed in the picture are our 6 cuft additive feeder, a custom-built cuft additive feeder, and a custom-built 33 cuft additive feeder which can be sold separately.
